Unit 6: Media Campaign- Social action
Our social action project is about bullying and the effects of what may happen if bullying continues, we expand over Social and cyber bullying as well as the perspective of the Bully themselves. Before we started the plans and scripts, we researched different anti-bullying short films and story's in order to get the story right. We also researched statistics on bully victims and what the average age for being a victim is. We will keep the short films suitable for ages 13+ so we won't be too aggressive with the inappropriate ideas. So far I have completed the Cyber bullying side of the story including the script and characters, I have also completed a PowerPoint which expands over the different sides of bullying and how you can prevent it. We have got everything planned out except Tom who is still writing his script. We have a pitch, scripts and storyboards, however we still need to cast the roles and film.
